Mix approximately one teaspoonful of Oatmeal Firming Lift with an equal amount of Aloe Vera Gel until a smooth consistency. Apply with a brush beginning at the collarbone working in an upward and outward motion until face and throat areas are covered. Avoid eye area. Allow to remain on 20 minutes, resting quietly. Do not smoke, drink or otherwise move facial muscles. Remove first by softening with a cleanser that has been mixed with a few drops of water. Gently remove with face cloth and follow with warm water splashes. Follow with Nurture Oil and top with your favorite moisturizer (Vita 10 Oil) to return natural oils and moisture to the skin.
